He continued the team’s collective bowling effort allowing 3 leg byes, 1 run and a run-out (by Naga & Tiki) in his first 5 bowled balls. Skipper Andre then brought in Nathan to bowl the very last over. That left the Titans with 8 runs to defend in the last over. He was diligent in his bowling but was hit for 6 on his very last bowled ball of the over. Nagarjun bowled the penultimate over and took a wicket with his very first ball of that 39th over. After the opening bowlers completed their 8 over spells in the last 10 overs, the Titans were left to defend 17 runs in the final 2 overs. Bowes (38 runs) with the first ball of his 6th over (34th over) via a catch by Chucky running in from long-on. After his opening 4 over spell, Anglin only allowed 7 runs while Andre allowed 10 runs in his first 3 overs. After the opening 7 overs, the opening bowlers only allowed a total of 18 runs. Anglin took first blood by removing the on-strike opening batsman with the 4th ball of his 3rd over with only 7 runs on the opposition’s scorecard. Batting highlights included Tiki with 38 runs as the innings anchor batsman, Anglin with an important, balanced 39 runs in the middle order along with 20 runs from Praveen as the 1-down batsman. After a solid 4 over, 18 run partnership, Anglin was bowled in the 35th over after scoring 39 runs. New player Delroy Reid then made his batting debut for the squad by rotating the strike to the settled batsman, Anglin. Anglin & Nagarjun had a quick 4 over, 22 run partnership. Nagarjun replaced Nathan and seemed to settle in quickly with a boundary and a blistering 6 to cow corner before he was caught out at the boundary 3 balls after the 30 over break. Nathan was next up and scored 6 runs before being caught out in the 27th over. After a 6 over 5th wicket partnership with Anglin, opening off-strike batsman Tiki lost his wicket one ball into the 23rd over by a questionable LBW decision after scoring 38 runs. Anglin then strolled in while Tiki continued to anchor the innings. So after 17 overs, Palm Beach Titans had 95 runs on the scorecard with 4 wickets lost. Skipper Andre replaced Dalip at the crease and quickly lost his wicket facing his 2nd ball via an LBW decision.

Dalip was bowled 2 balls after the 15th over break. Dalip came in next and scored a quick 13 runs in a 17 run, 3 over partnership with Tiki. Tiki & Praveen settled into a 59 run partnership over 11 overs before Praveen lost his wicket 2 balls into the 13th over after hitting a splendid 6. Praveen replaced Chucky at the batting crease. Unfortunately, Chucky lost his wicket via LBW on the last ball of the first over to a full, dipping, in-swinging ball.
